Mother’s Day High Tea Catering
Mother’s Day High Tea for Schools and Events
Whether you’re planning for one classroom or two hundred mums, every guest gets the same beautifully catered high tea, no shortcuts taken because the numbers are bigger.

A Mother’s Day Event That Feels Personal
Mother’s Day events rarely stay small. A school morning tea might mean two hundred families through the door in a single sitting. A shopping centre pop-up might run all day, session after session. It’s easy for an event that size to start feeling like a production line, but it doesn’t have to. Every table, whether it’s the first sitting or the last, gets the same care: a proper spread, genuinely good tea, and a gorgeous setting that makes each guest feel like the event was actually for them, not just one more group moving through.
Which Mother’s Day Events Suit High Tea?
High tea is the perfect solutions for a Mother’s Day event. A school morning tea works beautifully as a single sitting for one class or the whole school at once. A shopping centre pop up often runs as multiple sittings across the day, letting more visitors through without ever feeling rushed. A corporate or community celebration can be a single afternoon sitting for staff, members, or clients. Whatever the format, the table does the same job: giving each guest a proper, unhurried Mother’s Day, not a quick morning tea squeezed into a busy schedule.

Mother’s Day High Tea Menu
Expect the classics done properly: finger sandwiches, scones, a proper spread of sweets and savouries, plenty to make the morning feel like a genuine occasion rather than a quick tea break. See our full High Tea Menu for the complete lineup.
Dietary requirements are easily worked around too, even at volume. Every cake on our menu is gluten free as standard, and we can cater for vegetarian, vegan and dairy free guests across every sitting. Some allergies and more complex combinations are harder to guarantee at scale, so let us know your numbers and any specifics when you enquire. Full detail on our Dietary Requirements page.

Running several sessions back to back? Tell us upfront so we can plan turnover properly. And since Mother’s Day week fills fast, book as early as possible, ideally months out for larger events.
You Invite the Mums. We’ll Look After the Rest.
Mother’s Day week is already full before catering even enters the picture, permission slips, parking, staffing, a hundred small things that all need to happen on the same morning. This is the one part you don’t have to manage. The crockery’s set, the food arrives ready, and every sitting runs the same way whether it’s your first group of the day or your last. You get to actually be present for the event you organised, instead of running it from the sidelines.
