Your high tea set up doesn’t need to be a hassle. Let us take care of setting up your beautiful high tea event with our full service set up package.

Imagine waking up the morning of your special high tea event. You enjoy a leisurely breakfast and perhaps head off to get your hair and nails done or or enjoy a cheeky pre-party glass of bubbly with the girls. There’s no last minute rushing around picking up crockery, urns and table linens for you. You booked The Vintage Kitchen so everything has been taken care of for your high tea set up.

As you await your guests’ arrival you step into the room (whether it be at home or a venue you’ve booked) and your breath catches as you take in the tablescape… Our gorgeous pastel tea cups, vintage tea pots with bellies full of piping hot tea, cake stands bursting with an array of perfectly selected treats supplied by Petit Beurre Co, crystal cut glassware sparkling in the light and crisp white linens to finish it all off.

Your guests arrive and are equally as blown away with your high tea set up. The afternoon is everything you hoped for. Amazing food, friends and family all celebrating your special occasion surrounded by gorgeousness. And the best part? You also don’t have to lift a finger once it’s done! We’ll pack up and take care of the washing up offsite, leaving you with nothing to do but either pop on your slippers and relax in front of the telly or grab your bag and head out for post high tea drinks with your guests.

• An assortment of vintage cake plates
• Vintage ornate teaspoons (silver or gold available dependant on numbers)
• Vintage ornate cake forks (silver or gold available depending on numbers)
• Crystal cut champagne flutes 
• Crystal cut tumblers
• An assortment of teapots (1 per 6)
• An assortment of tea sets (1 per 6)
• Crystal cut jam and cream bowls (1 set per 10)
• 3-tier cake stands (1 per 5)
• Vintage sandwich plates (1 per 5)
• Crystal cut drink dispensers (max 6)
• White cotton napkins
• White cotton tablecloths (standard rectangle size only)
• Hot water urn
• Delivery within 20kms of 2119 (delivery outside of this radius will incur additional fees)
• Set up of tables, chairs, tableware (table/chair hire not included)
• Pack down of table chairs, tableware
• Washing up of tableware (offsite) 

Optional extras for your high tea

• Coordination of hire of tables and chairs (hire cost additional to this)
• Small floral arrangement for tables ($65 per arrangement per table – 1 per table recommended)
• Scattered bud vases with blooms ($35 per standard table)
