You do not need to understand every package before getting in touch, but these are the questions Sydney hosts ask us most often when they first find The Vintage Kitchen.
We provide high tea catering and vintage crockery hire across Sydney Metro, with availability and delivery fees depending on your location, chosen service and event requirements. Full service catering packages include delivery within 20kms of Normanhurst. Small group packages include delivery within 10kms of Normanhurst. Send us your suburb with your enquiry and we will confirm what is possible for your event.
We can accommodate several common dietary requirements within the capabilities of our menus, and we will always explain clearly what we can and cannot provide in our Terms & Conditions. Our dietary-friendly high tea information outlines the available options, preparation approach and important limitations so you can make an informed decision. Special dietary requests are charged at $15 per person.
As soon as you have a date is the safest answer, particularly for weekends, wedding season and popular celebration periods. If your event is coming up quickly, please still ask. We will let you know honestly whether we can help.
Yes. You can explore complete crockery hire solutions, tableware packages or selected individual items, depending on what you already have and what your venue supplies. We have a minimum spend of 20 pax for our crockery hire packages and $200 for individual hire items.
Yes. Our small group high tea packages are designed specifically for intimate gatherings of 8-19 guests who do not meet the minimum numbers for standard catering packages.
At this point in time we only offer catering as part of our packages. We do not offer a catering only option.
Yes. Our High Tea Set Up Package is designed for hosts who want to self cater without having to worry about collecting the tableware, styling, setup, pack down or washing up. If you do need food you would need to book one of our full service catering packages.
We understand why this question matters. No host wants guests leaving hungry. Package inclusions and quantities are explained clearly, and we can guide you towards an option that suits the timing, event style and appetite expectations of your group. And rest assured we’ve never had an event where there haven’t been satisfied tummies all-round as well as left-overs for lunch the next day!
